July was a month where feature and quality improvement efforts took center stage for OctaMeet. New improvements were added to the ongoing work toward delivering a higher-quality service.
OctaMeet - Mobile
✦ OctaMeet Exclusive Membership: A new membership model was introduced, enabling secure communication with Basic users.
✦ Group Chats: Group member activity and management changes now appear directly in the chat flow.
✦ Calling Experience: Performance and connection quality were improved for voice and video calls.
✦ Messaging Experience: Various improvements were made to boost messaging performance.
OctaMeet - Browser
✦ Bulk Participant Management: Meeting hosts can now control every participant's camera and microphone from a single point.
✦ Design Improvements: Design updates were rolled out to improve the user experience and make the product easier to use.
✦ PiP Mode: A picture-in-picture mode was added so meetings stay easy to follow when switching tabs or sharing your screen.
✦ Noise Cancellation: Further improvements were made so noise cancellation runs at peak performance.
Octapull SFA
✦ Akbank DBS Integration: Akbank was added to the DBS system, expanding collection processes.
✦ BPM Workflow: A BPM Workflow structure was added, letting business processes be configured from a single screen.
✦ Fund Module: The fund module positioned to have a more dynamic structure.
✦ Data Export–Import Module: A new module introduced to simplify data export and import processes.
