Rich Messaging Features Now Live on Mobile
This update brings a comprehensive set of messaging capabilities to the OctaMeet mobile app, strengthens the communication experience, and improves overall performance.
New Features
✦ Group messaging – Message multiple people at the same time and strengthen your communication.
✦ Message forwarding – Forward messages from a conversation to other contacts or groups.
✦ Contact sharing – Share a contact from your directory directly within a conversation.
✦ Multiple photo and file sending – Send more than one photo or file in a single message.
✦ Profile status – Add a status message to your profile.
✦ Voice messages – Record and send voice messages instantly within a conversation.
✦ Starred messages – Star important messages for quick access later.
✦ Message deletion – Delete messages for everyone or only for yourself.
✦ Direct sharing from device – Share files and content from your device directly through OctaMeet.
Octapull SFA
New Updates Across Payments, Integrations, and Reporting
This month the SFA platform received additions in bank and payment integrations, fleet tracking, and reporting.
Payment & Banking Integrations
✦ Installment support for Virtual POS – Customers can now pay in installments when using Virtual POS.
✦ Ziraat Bank DBS integration – Direct debit transactions through Ziraat Bank can now be managed, monitored, and reported directly from OCTAPULL.
✦ Nkolay integration – Credit card transactions processed through Nkolay are now imported into the system and trackable in real time.
Fleet & Vehicle Tracking
✦ Arvento integration – With the OCTAPULL–Arvento integration, vehicle locations, daily summaries, billing points, and pending invoices for registered vehicles are now trackable from the platform.
Reporting
✦ New fields added to the VAT Report – Requested data fields have been added to the VAT report; improvements were also made to the Survey report and several other reports.
