This month we shipped a range of additions across payment integrations, fleet tracking, field management, AI assistance, and reporting, all aimed at making daily operations faster and more reliable.

Payments, Field Management, and Reporting, All Updated

This month's updates cover new bank integrations, fleet tracking, field supervisor tools, an AI assistant, and several new reporting options.

Payment & Banking Integrations

• ✦ Expanded Virtual POS - Ziraat Bank, Garanti Bank, and İş Bank virtual POS transactions can now be managed directly through the platform.
• ✦ DBS (Direct Debit) integration - Automatic payment collection via Ziraat Bank is now manageable through the ERP.
• ✦ NKolay integration - Payments made through NKolay are tracked in real time with a two-way connection to the ERP.

Fleet & Vehicle Tracking

• ✦ Arvento integration - Vehicle locations, daily distances, and number of stops are now visible in the platform.
• ✦ Vehicle reports - Route efficiency and operational performance can now be tracked with measurable data.

Field Management

• ✦ Supervisor Map - Managers can now follow their field team's visit points and form entries on a live map.
• ✦ Map-integrated planning - Visit scheduling and form completion are now built into the map view, reducing back-and-forth.

AI

• ✦ Sales Rep AI Assistant - Users can now ask questions specific to their workflows and get direct answers through the assistant.
• ✦ Account Management guidance - The assistant covers sales, customer management, and reporting, helping teams make faster day-to-day decisions.

Reporting

• ✦ Cheques - Collected cheque details now appear alongside the daily sales summary.
• ✦ B2B tracking and evaluation reports - Order frequency, route frequency, and performance metrics are now available in a single view.
• ✦ Daily Bank Balance Report - Virtual POS and bank account balances are now reported on a daily basis.
• ✦ No-Sale Customer Report - Customers with no sales activity within a set period can now be listed by rep and account.

Voice Interaction Now Available

Octapull AI can now read its answers aloud, and you can ask questions by speaking instead of typing.

• ✦ Automatic text-to-speech - Responses from the AI are read out automatically.
• ✦ Voice input - You can dictate your questions or type them, and control whether responses are spoken, independently of each other.

More Stable Calls and Better Connection Handling

This update focuses on connection reliability during calls, including fixes for screen sleep, CallKit issues, and camera permissions.

• ✦ On-screen - The device no longer goes to sleep while a call is active.
• ✦ LiveKit connection - The connection setup process was reworked to be more consistent and reliable.

• ✓ Timeout control added for the reconnection process.
• ✓ Call ending and recovery flow made more consistent.

• ✓ Fixed an issue where some fonts and text would not appear on app launch.
• ✓ Fixed the login screen's "Sign In" button being covered by the keyboard.
